you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for 

a refund.

 Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to 

perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure 

event.

 These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and 

construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing customer satisfaction with the nature of digital goods and services, which are typically non-tangible and instantly delivered. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below, based on the purchase amount and the timing of the cancellation request.

 2. Eligibility for Refunds

 2.1 Orders Below 50 INR

- No Refunds: Purchases of digital goods or services amounting to less than 50 Indian Rupees (INR) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

- This policy is in place due to the low transaction value and the immediate delivery of digital products, which cannot be returned or revoked once accessed.

 2.2 Orders Above 50 INR

- Refund Eligibility: Purchases of digital goods or services amounting to 50 INR or more are eligible for a refund only if the customer cancels the order within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of purchase.

- Cancellation Request: To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a cancellation request within the 72-hour window.

- Non-Delivery or Defective Products: In rare cases where a digital good or service is not delivered as described or is defective (e.g., inaccessible, corrupted, or not as advertised), customers may request a refund regardless of the 72-hour window, subject to verification by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Orders Below 50 INR: As stated, all purchases below 50 INR are non-refundable.

- Late Cancellation Requests: Refund requests for orders above 50 INR submitted after the 72-hour cancellation window will not be honored.

- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for customers who change their mind about a purchase after accessing or downloading the digital good or service, unless the cancellation is within the 72-hour window for orders above 50 INR.

- Unauthorized Use: If a digital good or service has been accessed, downloaded, or used, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable, except in cases of non-delivery or defects.

- Violation of Terms: Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent transactions or misuse of our platform) are not eligible for refunds.

3.1. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within  7-10 business daysfrom the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors on our platform or failure to deliver a purchased digital good or service, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative solution (e.g., replacement or account credit) at our discretion. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

 6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in the suspension of the customer’s account and restrictions on future purchases.
